DUVASU, Mathura takes a meaningful step toward enriching student life beyond academics
On April 30, 2026, Uttar Pradesh Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya Evam Go Anusandhan Sansthan (DUVASU), Mathura, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with S**C MACAY (UP Chapter) to promote Indian classical music, arts, and holistic education among students.
The MoU was formalized in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhijit Mitra and Shri Pankaj Malhotra, Head of S**C MACAY UP Chapter. Addressing the gathering, Shri Malhotra inspired students by sharing the organization’s mission of connecting youth with India’s rich cultural heritage through music, dance, yoga, meditation, and traditional arts. He emphasized that curiosity and a willingness to learn are the only prerequisites to embark on this enriching journey.
This collaboration will bring regular cultural programs, workshops, and interactive sessions to the campus, offering students opportunities to experience the depth and beauty of Indian traditions firsthand.
Students and faculty were also invited to the upcoming S**C MACAY International Convention at IIT Kharagpur, which will feature a vibrant lineup of performances, workshops, and immersive cultural experiences.
A significant step forward in nurturing not just skilled professionals, but culturally aware and well-rounded individuals
