Eshan College of Engineering invites FACE(Focus Academy for career Enhancement) to conduct training on placement oriented skills for final year students (both B.Tech and M.B.A).
This training program is of 5 days for learning soft skills to achieve the level of proficiency that companies expect in their selection process. The FACE will provide training on following modules :
> Aptitude round Techniques
> Resume-writing
> Personal interviews
> Group discussions
> Current events
> Other recruitment mandates.

So It is requested that all B.Tech and M.B.A final year students must attend this training program of 5 days in order to achieve the level of competence the companies expect in their recruitment process.
This training Program will be conducted after Holi.
