What to do when you have tonnes of aluminium utensils in dirt and grease that need to be cleaned by humans in a hazardous environment ?

This problem of our customers was solved when we designed a Tunnel Washing Line for Aluminium pots that is to be operated by just 2 operators and that too in an entire non--hazardous environment. With cleaning capacity of more than 2000 avg. pots/hr the line is made of stainless steel with several cleaning stages to give shiny and dried pots of any size.

Our line uses less energy/ unit wash and produces less of wastages of water and other chemicals. Thus even after purchasing the running cost obtained by our customers is considerably low thus giving value for money invested in our products.

Any size of the pots can be placed in the machine upto 1000mm x 1000mm.
