A lot of us are like that elephant in the image šŸ™ˆ

Trying very hard to ā€œhelpā€ people… without first understanding what actually helps them.

Sometimes at work, in relationships, parenting, leadership, or friendships, we hand out oxygen cylinders to fish šŸ šŸ˜‚

Not because we are bad people.
But because we assume: ā€œWhat works for me must work for everyone.ā€

The elephant genuinely wants to save the fish.
But the elephant understands life through lungs, not gills.

And that’s what happens many times in life.

We advise people based on our experiences.
Judge them based on our strengths.
And expect them to heal, grow, think, cope, or succeed the way we do.

Real wisdom is not in forcing people into our world.
It is in understanding theirs first.

Before advising…
Before correcting…
Before judging…
Before trying to change someone…

Let’s pause and ask: ā€œAm I helping them…
or just helping them become more like me?ā€

Empathy is not agreeing with everyone.
It is understanding that different people breathe differently 🌿

Many times people falter not because their connection is weak but because they pass through weak moments.

Whether such lapses should be pardoned is a personal choice.

But let us remember this: a one off mistake, small or big, does not define a person’s character.

Losing a good soul connection because of a mistake could mean losing something truly precious.

P.S. Let us also remember that giving chances is meaningful only when the other person is regretful, willing to change, and sincerely trying to make things work.

Someone who keeps repeating the same mistake is not struggling with a moment of weakness but showing a pattern that needs to be addressed differently.
