Highlights of the event
-Etiology, Risk factor and Complications of Dysphagia was elaborated
Planning a Dysphagia diet in respect to International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative - IDDSI
And a demo session was conducted in identifying the consistency of the food

2. Topic - *Food Hygiene, Safety and Wastage*
Target group- Hostilites Alva's college Degree hostel
Resource persons - Students of M.Sc FSN

The session was conducted in various regional language for better reach of the motto.
