The LG office said in a statement earlier that Jain is accused of running a high-profile extortion racket from Tihar Jail.
He allegedly demanded ₹10 crore as "protection money" from Chandrashekhar so as to enable him to "live peacefully and comfortably in jail," the statement from LG office added
Now the real issue is
1. How is that extortion racket is run from Jail. Can LG initiate inquiry on the police authorities - obviously on Delhi police for helping in this racket??
2. If one can run extortion racket from Jail, obviously authorities are in hand with the accused. So is our nation in danger?
3. Should CBI and RAW agencies investigate this ?
