📢 Suggestion to KPSC: Implement a 'Pratibha Setu'-like Scheme in Karnataka

The recent initiative by UPSC, named ‘Pratibha Setu’, is a commendable step towards connecting talented candidates—who cleared various stages of the exam but missed the final merit list—with potential employers from both government and private sectors.

We strongly urge the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) to implement a similar scheme in Karnataka. Many capable and hardworking candidates put years of effort into preparing for competitive exams but fall just short of selection. By making their profiles accessible (with consent) to verified employers, KPSC can open doors to career opportunities in the public and private sectors alike.
