Sourced from forest-grazed Gir cows that feed on rich medicinal fodder, this ghee is a powerhouse of nourishment and immunity-boosting goodness. We follow the ancient Bilona method milking our cows early in the morning, always ensuring the calf gets its share first. The milk is then set into curd overnight, hand-churned into pure makhan, and slowly heated on firewood, preserving its golden texture, rich aroma, and unmatched purity.
