अगर दूसरों का नजरिया आपसे अलग है तो उनसे लड़ाई न करें। मन कई प्रकार के होते हैं। सोचने के कई तरीके हैं। ईमानदार मतभेद हैं। राय के विभिन्न रंग हैं। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपने दृष्टिकोण से सही है। उनके विचारों के अनुसार स्वयं को समायोजित करें। उनके विचारों को भी प्रेम, सहानुभूति और ध्यान से सुनें और उन्हें स्थान दें। अपने छोटे अहंकारी संकीर्ण घेरे के केंद्र से बाहर आओ और एक व्यापक दृष्टि रखो। कैथोलिक या उदार विचार रखें। सभी के विचारों को स्थान दें। तभी आपके पास एक विस्तारित जीवन और एक बहुत बड़ा हृदय होगा। आपको मधुर और नम्रतापूर्वक विनम्र तरीके से बोलना चाहिए।

Do not fight with others if their viewpoint differs from you. There are many types of minds. There are many modes of thinking. There are honest differences of opinion. There are various shades of opinion. Every one is correct from his own viewpoint. Adjust yourself to their views. Hear their views also with love, sympathy and attention and give them a place. Come out of the centre of your small egoistic narrow circle and have a broader vision. Have catholic or liberal views. Give a place for the views of all. Then only will you have an expanded life and a very large heart. You must speak sweetly and gently in a courteous manner.

योग - जीवन जीने की कला
यह विद्या ना शारीरिक है ना मानसिक बल्कि जीवन जीने की एक कला है जब हमें इस कला का ज्ञान नहीं रहता, तब हमारे जीवन में असंतुलन, व्याधि, विकार, तनाव, भय, चिंता, परेशानी, बेचैनी आदि उत्पन्न होती है । आप किसी नृत्य को देखते हैं तो दिखने में वह बहुत सुंदर लगता है, आपका दिल भी भर उठता है उस नृत्य को देखकर, लेकिन यह कोई नहीं सोचता कि उस नृत्य को सिद्ध करने के लिए कितनी साधना करनी पड़ी होगी । क्या कोई मंच पर चढ़ते ही नाचने लग जाएगा? क्या हारमोनियम को पास रखते ही कोई गाना गाने लग जाएगा? नहीं, साधना की आवश्यकता होती है।
जहां तक हमारा अनुभव रहा है मनुष्य के जीवन में साधना की कमी है। हम बिना साधना की उपलब्धि चाहते हैं। बीमार हम हैं, लेकिन चाहते हैं कि दवाई कोई और खा ले और हम ठीक हो जायें। जब हमारे भीतर इस प्रकार की विचारधारा है तो अंत में इसका क्या परिणाम होगा ।
इस समस्या के लिए योगसूत्र कहता है कि जिस अभ्यास को दीर्घकाल तक निरंतर किया जाए जिस अभ्यास के प्रति हमारी श्रद्धा, आस्था रहे, उसे करने से ठोस आधार निर्मित होता है, जब हमें इस जीवन में ठोस आधार मिलता है तब हम अपने दूसरे जीवन की ओर कदम बढ़ा सकते हैं क्योंकि मनुष्य का जीवन तो बहूआयामी जीवन है। - स्वामी निरंजनानंद
yoga - art of living
This knowledge is neither physical nor mental, but it is an art of living life, when we do not have knowledge of this art, then imbalance, disease, disorder, stress, fear, worry, trouble, restlessness etc arise in our life. If you see a dance, it looks very beautiful in appearance, your heart also fills up seeing that dance, but no one thinks that how much sadhana(Practices) must have been done to perfect that dance. Will someone start dancing as soon as they get on the stage?
Will a singer start singing as soon as the harmonium is kept close? No, Sadhna (a long, continues practices) is required.
As far as we have experienced, there is a lack Sadhna in human life. We want achievement without cultivation. We are sick, but want someone else to take the medicine and on account we get well. When we have this kind of ideology within us, what will be the result in the end.
For this problem, the Yogasutra says that the practice, which should be done continuously for a long time, for which we have faith and faith, by doing it, we build a solid foundation.

Bhakti and Gyan Yoga - Cultivating a positive lifestyle
You cannot say you are devoted, or a bhakta, or a yogi when you are still unable to understand, guide and channel the expressions of negativity in your life. If you have practised meditation for thirty years and not yet experienced peace, it means that your meditation has not been the right one. You did not feel a change because you focused on the practice, not on what you can become, on the lifestyle. The lifestyle combines the components of jnana yoga and bhakti yoga to cultivate the positive dimension and nurture the positive qualities in your life. There is no harm in spending a few minutes a day observing and analyzing what you did during the day with the aim of improving your performance next time.
When people ask how to handle their anger, it means they lack awareness; otherwise they would be analyzing their anger and finding different ways to deal with the same situation when it arises again. When you are driving a car and you know there is a hole in the road ahead, the first time you might hit the hole, but the next time you will try to avoid it. If you say you don't know how to avoid the hole, it means you are not a good driver and do not deserve to be driving the car. All you have to do is adjust.
Therefore, bhakti yoga and jnana yoga constitute the lifestyle component of yoga; they help in the discovery of the self. There will be connection with the qualities that uplift you and inspire you to walk in a new dimension of your life. This is the relationship between Samkhya and yoga. Samkhya gives an understanding of the nature of different elements and evoluted of Prakriti, and yoga provides us with the solutions to realize the influences of these evoluted of nature and find our centre.
