Humbled and delighted to receive the opportunity to deliver a 2 hours session on Certificate Course on POSH organised by ICSI.

It's always been a matter of pride and honour to deliver sessions in the Institute who is my Alma Mater.

When the opportunity knocked my inbox, I knew, it has not to be missed!
It was something that I have always dreamt of and just the reading of the opportunity gave me goosebumps.

Much ahead, to deliver the best, I engrossed myself in preparing the slides- what the POSH Act and Rules say, general skills to develop and of course the challenges and things to understand once you enter POSH practice.

The day arrived.! As the time got nearer, I was anxious and was amazed to feel the sharp memories and moments made me nostalgic.

I started with an ice breaker session by delivering the POSH law, tips and tricks, skill sets to be developed, the emotional quotient one needs to have, the goals, the culture and explained my pictorial representations in friendliest terms.

Towards the end of the session, the feedbacks received made my day!

Each journey starts with small steps and my vision is to empower the curious minds.

It's a viscous circle where you give and take!
