Cruise on the shuttle runs, transitions are going to be the name of the game today. Be ready to jump right up for TTB, unless you plan on doing all 4 sets unbroken we suggest breaking them from the start.. 6-4 or 5-3-2.
The Deadlift weight should be something that you can very confidently do a sets of 10 unbroken, though 6-4 would be a good strategy to give your grip a break and be ready for a quick transition to the jump rope.
