Job Title: Collection Executive Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for resolving debts and assisting clients in reclaim? We are seeking Collection Executive for Bucket Zero & NPL Responsibilities: • Contact clients to initiate debt collection activities through phone calls, emails, and letters. • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to recover outstanding debts in a fair and ethical manner. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and collection efforts. • Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries related to debts, payment options, and financial solutions. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop effective debt recovery strategies. • Conduct skip tracing and other investigative techniques to locate clients with outstanding debts. • Adhere to all legal regulations and company policies while engaging in debt collection activities. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Collection Executive • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to reach successful debt resolutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple debt collection cases simultaneously. • Empathy and understanding to handle sensitive situations with clients experiencing financial difficulties. • Proficiency in using collection software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and guidelines related to debt collection. • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical debt collection practices.
