Successfully secured relief for my client from *Hon'ble High Court* in Double Jeopardy Case which eventually envisaged the Section 210 of CrPC.

In a complex legal matter where two separate cases were initiated by a *Wife* against her *Husband* and in-laws, stemming from the same incident. The intervention of the *Hon'ble High Court* was sought under the specter of double jeopardy, a principle that prohibits an individual from being tried twice for the same offense. The court's deliberation culminated in the application of Section 210 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), which directly addresses the issue of concurrent proceedings based on identical facts.

The Hon'ble High Court's decision to invoke Section 210 CrPC in our case signifies a legal endorsement of consolidating the dual proceedings against our client into a single trial. Consequently, this ruling mandates that both cases will proceed as one consolidated case before the designated Magistrate Court. This not only safeguards our client from the perils of facing multiple trials for the same incident but also exemplifies the judicial system's commitment to efficient and fair adjudication.
