PIL in Bombay High Court to include Transgender persons in Public Sector Jobs.

A Public Interest Litigation has been filled before Bombay high court seeking implementation of Supreme court Guidelines that Transgenders persons should also be included in Private sector Jobs.

The issue was brought in the Court by Sampada Grameen Mahila Sanstha (SANGRAM) and Muskaan Sanstha along with two aggrieved persons, who alleged that exclusion of “Third gender” in private sector is violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Constitution of India.
