Dussehra or Vijayadashami is an annual festival celebrated by Indians across the country on the 10th day of the Hindu month of Ashvina.

Vijayadashami marks the victory of Lord Ram over the Ravana. Ravana’s ten heads signify the negative qualities in humans such as anger, jealous, greed etc. On this day, let us remind ourselves to be mindful when these negative qualities take over us. And let us annihilate these using the power of knowledge and positive qualities.
