The gross GST revenue collected in the month of December 2020 rose to ₹1,15,174 crore, an all-time high since the implementation of the new tax regime, according to Finance Ministry. The December figures, which are 12% higher the GST revenues in the same month last year, are in line with the recent trend of recovery in the GST revenues, the Finance Ministry added.

This is the third month in a row in the current financial year that the GST revenues have been more than ₹ 1 lakh crore.
