We are looking for a smart, responsible, and motivated candidate to join our consulting office team. The role includes telecalling, customer service, sales support, and basic back-office work.

Our company provides services like GST Registration, GST Return Filing, Company Registration, and Startup Compliance Support. .

🧾 Job Responsibilities

📞 Telecalling & Sales

Call potential customers

Explain company services

Generate leads and follow-ups

Convert leads into sales

👥 Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries

Provide service information

Maintain good client communication

📂 Back Office Support

Assist with GST registration documents

Support GST return coordination

Maintain client records and files

Basic data entry and documentation

🎯 Daily Work

Telecalling and follow-ups

Updating customer records or CRM

Email / WhatsApp communication

Supporting office work and documentation

🎓 Eligibility

✔ Higher Secondary (HS) Pass OR Graduate
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Ability to use email and internet
✔ Basic knowledge of Word / Excel
✔ Willingness to learn new work

⭐ Preferred (Optional):

Telecalling or sales experience

Knowledge of GST or accounting

Familiarity with CRM / Google Sheets

Basic idea about AI tools like ChatGPT

💰 Training Period

First 1–2 months will be training period where you will learn:

Telecalling & customer communication

Lead generation & sales process

GST registration and compliance work

Office documentation

💵 Training Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month

💼 Salary After Training

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
🎯 Performance Incentive: Sales-based incentives available
