Key takeaways included tracking weekly revenue, understanding working capital cycles, and maintaining a cash buffer.

He highlighted critical metrics—profit per order, CAC- customer acquisition cost, and LTV— customer lifetime value and suggested tools like bill discounting, smart pricing, and strong financial systems. He advised minimizing initial expenses, focusing on contribution margins, and planning for long-term profitability with value-added services.
