Independent lorry owners grouped together and formed a unit and named “Lorry transport Agencies Union (CITU) in 1988. It has 4 Sector offices. The head office is situated in Anakkulam, Kozhikode. It has got 6 Branches also, which is in Thamarassery, Vatakara, Mukkam, Feroke, Kallai and Thikkodi. It includes 188 members across Calicut to provide services and support across india irrespective of weight. Servicing approximately about 200-250 loads per day to all over india. This Unit if fair, reliable, accurate and ensuring point to point delivery without delay in transhipment. And also act as Packers and Movers of House hold articles
