Situated on a long, narrow plot, the home’s layout is centered around a serene courtyard, which serves as the focal point and enhances the connection to outdoor living.
Key living areas, including the foyer, formal living room, dining area, and family room, are thoughtfully arranged to overlook the courtyard, promoting a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
