Pistachio has a natural bitterness and we wanted it to balance it with some form of sweetness. We tried many sweetners but were failing again and again. Sometimes we ended up being too sweet and sometimes it still had the bitterness. Then finally we thought about getting some burnt buttery flavour. Mixed some brown sugar, butter, fresh vanilla pods and we came up with amazing buttery crunchy balls. And this is how we got our perfect pista butterscotch Sandesh. The goodness of chena and pista with the richness of butterscotch. All good things come up tons of hard work and after repeated failures.
