A rasmalai cake with layers of rasmalai inside and sponge infused with rasmalai milk . A rich yet light indian fusion flavourful cake designed with a trekking theme.

Handmade trees and tent are fully edible and some edible prints to complete the look.

The final look was elegant yet colourful on white snow canvas.
