Urgent Opening for Inside Sales Executive at Rajarhat Location

Job responsibilities:
➡️Understanding the candidate profile and the domain by scrutinizing their resumes.
➡️Understanding the candidates' qualification and job requirements before calling or pitching.
➡️Explaining them about our marketing service and how it will benefit them in their job search.
➡️ Follow up after regular intervals & resolving their queries, if any.
➡️Need to always update himself about the US job market trends and about the frequent change in US Visas.
➡️Coordinate with cross-functional teams i.e., training team, marketing team to resolve any issue the enrolled candidate is facing.

Requirements:
➡️Excellent written and communication skills.
➡️Good convincing power.
➡️Attentive to details.
➡️Meet aggressive deadlines / willing to work for targets.
➡️ Comfortable working with team members.
➡️Out of the box thinking to resolve any ongoing issue with the
candidate will be a
plus.
➡️basic computer skills.

Education:
➡️ Qualification: Bachelors (Any) or any equivalent degree.
