Educational qualification
BS/MS/BTech/MTech in allied areas of Basic Science, Math or Engineering

Required Skills
• Hands on experience in NetIQ IDAM implementation
• Implementation of custom Workflows using NetIQ IAM product stack
• Driver development skills on NetIQ IDM Drivers i.e Null, Loopback, Active
Directory, Delimitated Text drivers using NetIQ or Connector
development using other IAM product
• Define user provisioning de-provisioning re-provisioning to various target
systems using NetIQ/other IAM product
• Create/update IDM Workflows for NetIQ
• Workflow customization using javascript
• Create/update IDM drivers using DirXML
• Good knowledge of designing on custom policies and rules
• Good knowledge of eDirectory and troubleshooting
• SSO implementation using SAML2.0, ReverseProxy using NetIQ Access Manager
• Experience on HA setup for any application using Load Balancer
• Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals
• Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Good to have experience on Java

Good to have skill:
• NetIQ product portfolio knowledge
• Development knowledge using Java/Python
• Linux shell scripting
