Just us and that was enough for her.

She never needed to understand the technology we chase or the problems we solve. But somehow, she always understood us. Our silence when something broke, our excitement when something finally worked.

On 18 April 2026, 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞 by 𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗦 𝗨𝗘𝗠𝗞 𝗦𝗕𝗖 officially wrapped up — and 100+ competitive coders crossed the finish line with us.🏁

Every single submission, every debug session, and every “𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵… 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴!”💡 moment made this event truly special. You guys poured your heart into it, and it showed. 🎉

Some talks just hit different. 🤯

19th March was one of those days. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗹𝗮 came to campus and spoke about AI in Modern Industry, and the way he broke it all down, nobody wanted it to end.
No fluff. No vague buzzwords. Just real, grounded knowledge about how AI is already changing industries, jobs and the way businesses actually function today. The kind of stuff you do not get from a textbook, no matter how many times you read it.
The room was full. The questions kept coming. And somewhere between the slides and the discussion, a lot of us walked out seeing things a little differently than when we walked in. 💡
Not many speakers can do that. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗹𝗮 sir made it look easy.

It's not just a date on the calendar. It's a reminder that renewal is not just possible, it's inevitable.

For us at 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐁𝐂 𝐔𝐄𝐌𝐊, this new year carries a quiet promise to keep building, keep questioning, keep showing up for each other the way this community always has. Because that's what Bengalis have always done, carried culture in one hand and curiosity in the other.

On this 𝘼𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙠𝙖𝙧 𝙅𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞 🙏🏻, we don't just remember a man, we remember what one person's 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 can do to an entire 𝙘𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar sat down to change lives, and not just fill pages.
Every clause, every paragraph, every right 📜, came from someone who felt the weight of injustice firsthand and refused to let others carry it too. ⚖️

That's the kind of thinking we carry forward at 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐁𝐂 𝐔𝐄𝐌𝐊💡. We don't just solve problems, but ask 𝒘𝒉𝒚 they exist in the first place.

It is hard to process the passing of Asha Bhosle.

Her songs have been around for a long time, and most of us have grown up hearing them in one way or another. It is difficult to think that a voice so familiar is now gone.

She continued to sing over the years, and her songs stayed with people.
Her songs will continue to be played and remembered in the days to come.

Even now, her songs will continue to be heard and remembered.
Some voices don’t really fade, and hers is one of them.
