Sharad Shah, a veteran of the entertainment industry in our region, passed away today.

A versatile & multi talented entrepreneur, Sharadbhai operated across diverse fields, from Haldi trading & processing to event equipment rentals, and his beloved orchestra & entertainment business. He always brought a certain warmth to his business relationships.

Sharadbhai’s orchestra brought joy to countless music fans through thousands of performances. He was instrumental in popularizing & commercializing Dandia events across Western Maharashtra & beyond. His masterful drumming left an indelible mark on the hearts of Dandia enthusiasts. We collaborated with him for many such events.

We mourn with his family & share in their grief. His absence will be deeply felt by all of us in the events industry.

May his soul rest in peace.

On the 1st of May, we at Bluebox Event Technologies Pvt Ltd. & Adfine produced and designed a mega campaign event "शिवशाहू निर्धार सभा" for the Maha Vikas Aghadi, under the leadership of Resp. Mr. Satej Patil, for Congress candidate Shrimant Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj in Kolhapur.

With technical finesse & precision event design, we created an immersive experience that created ripples and captured national attention. Using visually stunning, large format, high-resolution LED walls, relaying 14 live cameras, and a top-notch sound system, we fostered a high level of engagement between leaders and attendees, facilitating meaningful discourse.

Our event design echoed the grandeur and historic significance of the epic occasion, and resonated across Maharashtra. All our design choices were intentional..... from vibrant hues to subtle symbolism, they reinforced the message of hope, trust, and collective action. Our design aesthetics, including carefully crafted graphics and dynamic animated motion graphics, aligned seamlessly with the identity and messaging of all the parties of the MVA alliance, fostering unity and purpose among all the attendees.

In the tapestry of political discourse, our event design played a pivotal role, amplifying the voices of change without uttering a word. As we celebrate its success, join us to affirm & honor the tremendous transformative power of event design.... to communicate, to inspire, and to unite.

At the Republic Day Parade at Mumbai this year, the Urban Development Ministry’s parade float showcased the “Clean City, Green City” mission of the Govt. of Maharashtra….. the robotic technologies used in city cleaning, street painting art used for urban beautification, smart toilets… and many other things. The Entire float was made using real green plants & eco friendly construction materials.

This 36 feet long parade float, with a custom composed theme song and a group of 26 dancers performing specially choreographed sequences…… were all Designed, Produced & operated by my company Bluebox Events on a turnkey basis. We are among the very few companies outside of Mumbai to be empaneled with the Govt of Maharashtra for their Events & BTL Promotions in Category B.
