Did a large incisional hernia. Defect 10 cm (M3 W3 ) and contents were most of small intestine, caecum, appendix and ascending colon.
AWR ( abdominal wall reconstruction) achieved through Posterior component separation (bilateral TAR and retro re**us mesh placement). Post op result is really satisfying 😊
