The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in collaboration with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, has launched a five-day offline training programme under Project MATE (Mind Activation Through Education).

The training, began on August 26 at the AIIMS Delhi and will run until August 30.

According to CBSE, Project MATE has been developed by AIIMS Delhi as an adolescent wellness programme designed to enhance resilience, build coping strategies, and strengthen peer connectivity through the “MATE-5” framework.

According to an official statement, the programme is intended to equip school counselors with structured frameworks to address issues such as stress, loneliness, and emotional disconnection among students.

CBSE has issued a public advisory cautioning students, parents, and educational stakeholders about fraudulent operators promising quick solutions for duplicate mark sheets, certificates, and corrections in official records.

According to the CBSE Regional Office, Delhi (East), certain individuals and platforms are spreading “misleading and unauthentic claims” of facilitating these services. The Board has categorically denied any association with such agents.

“Relying on these unofficial channels may lead to misinformation, financial loss, or other serious consequences,” the CBSE stated, urging people to remain alert and avoid engaging with such entities.
