The process begins directly from the farm by selecting mature and naturally ripened jackfruits from Kerala plantations. The fruits are carefully harvested, cleaned, and opened manually. The edible bulbs are separated, seeds removed, and the fruit is processed into smooth natural pulp using hygienic food-grade equipment.

The pulp is then mildly pasteurized to maintain freshness and packed in sealed pouches for chilled or frozen storage. This simple farm-to-processing model helps reduce wastage of seasonal jackfruit while creating a premium natural product suitable for:
