• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos)
• Develop performance-driven ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions & sound effects
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content & design teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Manage video assets and maintain organized project files

• Familiar with AI video creation & enhancement tools

🎨 Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Strong knowledge of After Effects & motion graphics
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing & audience retention
• Experience creating social media and performance marketing creatives
• Strong sense of design, color correction & audio balancing
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
