Experience: 0–3 years (Customer Support / Client Handling / Helpdesk)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM, 6 Days a Week

Role:
✅ Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp & email
✅ Guide clients for onboarding & document submission
✅ Follow up for pending actions
✅ Maintain client satisfaction & positive experience
✅ Escalate complex issues to EM / Operations Head
Skills Required:
• Good communication (Hindi + English)
• Patience, empathy & problem-solving mindset
• Organized & detail-oriented
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Google Drive, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
• Basic understanding of compliance/accounting is a plus
Salary & Incentives:
💰 Base: ₹7k–₹12k + Performance Bonus
