MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS SESSION – GHSS MEENANGADI

Today, I had the wonderful opportunity to engage with the +1 Science students of GHSS Meenangadi through a meaningful session on Mental Health, proudly organized by the Souhardya Club.

In the current academic environment, where pressure, expectations, and digital influence continue to grow, understanding mental well-being is essential for students. This session aimed to create awareness, encourage early recognition of concerns, and promote healthy coping habits for everyday life.

In an era where academic pressure, digital overload, and lifestyle challenges are increasing, learning essential life skills has become more important than ever.
