Day 7 – Naming isn’t just naming—it’s branding.
When it comes to building a brand, a name is more than just a label — it’s the heartbeat of your identity. For our client’s vision of cowboy streetwear in Vietnam, we knew the name had to be bold, simple, and instantly connected to cowboy culture.
After exploring a few creative and branded options, we decided to keep it straightforward: Cowboy Wear.
Why? Because it says exactly what it is. No confusion, no guessing — just a clear promise of authentic cowboy-inspired fashion for bikers, men, and women across Vietnam. The name connects directly with the spirit of the open road, rugged style, and Western freedom that bikers live for.
And since our client is new to eCommerce, starting with a generic but powerful keyword-based name also helps with search visibility, making it easier for people to find us online. Later, as the brand grows, we’ll secure trademarks and evolve into a stronger branded identity.
For now, Cowboy Wear isn’t just a name. It’s a statement.
A name that rides with confidence. A name that says: this is who we are. 🤠🔥

Day 5 – Step 1: Understanding the herd before riding the horse… 🐎
Before launching any brand, the first step is not designing the logo or setting up ads — it’s understanding the herd.
For this cowboy streetwear project, that meant diving deep into:
🔎 Competitors – Who’s already selling cowboy-inspired fashion in Vietnam and globally? What are they doing right, and where are the gaps?
👥 Target Audience – Mostly bikers, street event lovers, and young fashion-forward individuals who want to stand out. We looked at what they wear, what excites them, and what they expect from a brand.
🌍 Trends – Cowboy fashion isn’t just about boots and hats. It’s merging with streetwear, biker culture, and even festival fashion. This mix is where Vietnam’s cowboy wear brand can stand out.
Just like you wouldn’t ride a horse without first knowing the herd, we didn’t jump into ads without knowing the market pulse. This research became the foundation of our marketing journey.
Because when you understand the crowd, it’s easier to lead the way. 🤠

What domain name should i choose for my client ?
Day 2 – The Domain Dilemma 🌐
When you’re starting an online brand, the domain name decision feels huge.
For our Cowboy Street Wear Vietnam project, this was one of the first big calls we had to make.
The client was completely new to eCommerce. They had no experience with online branding or digital stores. Their goal? First test the market demand before investing in trademarks and heavy brand building.
So we had two options:
Branded domain: Unique, creative, but unknown and harder to rank.
Generic keyword domain: Simple, SEO-friendly, and instantly connects with what people are searching.
After studying the market, we saw that people in Vietnam were already searching terms like “cowboy wear Vietnam”, “cowboy jackets”, and “streetwear cowboy.” That convinced us.
👉 We decided to go with a generic keyword domain to gain faster visibility, build trust, and check demand first.
👉 Later, once the brand grows, we’ll move towards brand registration, trademark protection, and buying a branded domain.
Sometimes in digital marketing, the smartest move is to start simple, get found, then evolve. 🚀

Day 1 – The Ride Begins 🤠🇻🇳
Hi, my name is Bala and I’m a Performance Marketer.
Recently, I visited Vietnam for client work — but what started as a business trip turned into something way bigger. While networking with a few business owners, I met a couple who were deeply passionate about bikes, street events, and cowboy culture.
The husband is a biker who rides with club groups across Vietnam, attending different street and bike events. And his wife? She had this amazing idea — to create a Cowboy Street Wear brand that matches their lifestyle and passion.
In Vietnam’s modern generation, cowboy style isn’t just fashion — it’s an attitude. They wanted to take that energy and turn it into a brand that bikers, event-goers, and cowboy lovers could proudly wear.
That’s where I stepped in. We decided to collaborate, and I’ll be handling the entire digital marketing journey for this brand.
