Recipe: Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece evenly.

Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
