Exploring the Future with Generative AI at New Public Brilliant Secondary School, R.S. Pura

On 04 June 2026, BBC IT Services organized a 2-hour Generative AI Workshop for students of New Public Brilliant Secondary School, R.S. Pura. Led by Google Certified AI Professional Vivek Mahajan, the session introduced students to the rapidly growing field of AI-powered creativity and productivity.

The workshop combined theory with hands-on practice, allowing students to experiment with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Google Veo for generating text, images, and videos. Using a specially prepared workbook, participants learned how effective prompting can significantly improve AI-generated results and help solve real-world problems.

Students showed great enthusiasm as they explored AI tools through live demonstrations and practical exercises. The session focused on developing creativity, critical thinking, and an understanding of how AI can be used responsibly for learning and innovation.

The workshop was further enriched by the inspiring address of Chairman, Sh. Parmod Khajuria, who encouraged students to embrace emerging technologies and prepare themselves for an AI-driven future. Following the session, a meaningful discussion was held on the opportunities and challenges that Artificial Intelligence presents for today's learners.

Generative AI Workshop at Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School, Sainik Colony, Jammu

BBC IT Services successfully conducted a 2-hour Generative AI Workshop on 01 June 2026 at Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School, Sainik Colony, Jammu. The workshop was led by Google Certified AI Professional Vivek Mahajan and provided students with hands-on exposure to the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence.

Students explored text-to-text, text-to-image, and text-to-video generation using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Google Veo. A specially designed printed workbook helped them learn the fundamentals of prompt engineering through practical exercises and real-world examples.

The session was highly interactive, with students actively experimenting with prompts and witnessing live demonstrations of AI-generated content. The workshop emphasized how effective prompting can unlock the true potential of Generative AI for learning, creativity, and productivity.

Senior resource person Sh. Rajnish Anand also attended the workshop to have a first hand experience of students' interest and interaction on the topic of AI.
