JammuAndKashmir | A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between HRDS India and the Divisional Commissioners of Jammu and Kashmir to construct houses for families affected by Ops Sindoor and recent floods. HRDS India will build 1,500 fully-funded, modern 3-bedroom homes designed for comfort and safety. The initiative will also identify families of terror victims whose homes were destroyed by militants, providing them support. In addition to housing, HRDS India will offer life insurance coverage for all family members, regular health check-ups, and digital connectivity for each home. “Building houses is more than just erecting structures; it’s about restoring dreams, offering a new beginning, and helping affected families turn the page,” said LG Manoj Sinha. “The loss of lives is immeasurable and devastating, but this effort will bring much-needed relief.”
