Theme: Floral Rangoli Board (Non-floor Version)
The Eco and Sustainability Activity on the theme “Floral Rangoli Board
(Non-floor Version)” was successfully conducted for Classes VI–VIII on18th October 2025 during the 6th and 7th periods in their respective classes.
The activity aimed to promote creativity, aesthetic expression, and respect for tradition while encouraging students to adopt eco-friendly practices.
Each student designed a mini floral rangoli on a cardboard or chart paperbase, using natural and sustainable materials such as flower petals, pulses,
and coloured sand. Students participated with great enthusiasm and artistic zeal, creating
beautiful patterns that reflected the festive spirit of Diwali and the message of “Light, Colour, and Sustainability. "The classrooms came alive with
vibrant hues and positive energy as students shared ideas and appreciated each other’s work.
The activity not only enhanced their artistic skills but also fostered a sense of teamwork, cultural appreciation, and environmental responsibility.
Overall, it was a delightful and meaningful celebration of creativity andtradition at Air Force School Jammu.
