With reference to the references and subject cited above, your firm has requested to exit from e-Mitra project.

In this regard, it is to inform to you that your exit request is hereby accepted by RISL. The Contract signed with the LSP will be terminated after obtaining NOC from

eMitra, RlSL regarding provided material, POS Machines, Commission Invoice, TDS

Deposition Certificate, dues (if any), kiosk migration etc.
The performance and transaction security submitted by LSP will be returned

after transferring all your kiosks to other active LSPs in respective district and clearing

dues (if any) and obtaining NoC from eMitra RlSL
