Site 10 Update

The structural work has been successfully completed. During the renovation of all floors, it was discovered that the ceiling had an unexpected slope, which resulted in a reduced floor-to-ceiling height. This issue was identified after cross-referencing the architect's initial drawings. Consequently, revised drawings were promptly created to ensure perfect execution.athese 3D renders of the false ceiling on third floor which is currently being installed on-site. We are eagerly looking forward to presenting the final aesthetic ✨️

Site 9 update! ✨️

We're customizing restrooms and trial rooms, and ensuring seamless access to both showrooms as per client requirements. Showrooms will be on the ground, first, and third floors, with the second floor serving as an inventory hub for efficient material flow. The fourth floor will house our alteration and manufacturing facility.

Site 9 Update

January marked the beginning of this project. We've completed the structural framework across the building, with plastering being the last step. Expect completion by late April, followed by intense interior work.

Update from Site 8✨

The showroom is now operational! 🚀
Only the counter and sofa are pending, which will be replaced once the new ones are ready. Final touch-ups will be completed as per the client’s preference.The 3D visualization made the entire process much easier and faster.

Update from Site 4✨

Our 6000 sq. ft. hotel project is shaping up beautifully!
All 7 rooms are now fully operational, while work on the new kitchen, residence on top floor, and storeroom is underway. Once all the internal work gets completed, the elevation will be enhanced with stunning ACP sheet finishes. Stay tuned for more updates
