Rajasthan is redefining skill development under PM-SETU by transforming government ITIs into industry-led hubs of excellence. Eight clusters have been approved across Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Balotra, Bikaner, Banswara and Bharatpur to build a strong, future-ready workforce.

Each cluster combines ₹40 Cr industry investment with ₹200 Cr Government support to significantly strengthen employability outcomes. Industry partners can access a steady pipeline of skilled graduates, benefit from strong CSR leverage, and operate with meaningful autonomy through a 51% industry-led SPV.
