Role & Responsibility:

• To ensure the Stocks are maintained and invented in the desired formats logs are created and continuously bring in efficiency.
• To ensure that the stocks are outward/issuedin the required quantity as per the format and the log is maintained.
• To maintain the relevant data regarding the stocks issues versus the production quantity.
• To ensure the stocks are stacked, Maintained and issued basis the FIFO.
• To maintain the hygiene and security of the store.
• To ensure that the entire operations are executed with 100% integrity.
• Maintain data and MIS,reporting to the Management

Background

• At least 3 years in a reputed company.
• Thorough with computers, should know Microsoft word and excel
• Strong drive to learn and perform
• Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations.
• Must be around 25-30years of age.

Desired Profile

Industry – Construction, PEB, Manufacturing,
Qualification – Graduates

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating BOQ
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Creating Project ex*****on plans/ work Schedule using CPM/Per chart techniques
• Create project budget for purchase, finance and operations department.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
• Ensure Project monitoring and reporting and coordination
• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Ensure various checklists are maintained and logged
• Ensure the completion is within the defined timeframes

Background

• Proven experience as a planning engineer
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities


Desired Profile

Industry – PEB, Construction, Warehousing, Turnkey solution, Real estate
Qualification – BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field, PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage, Civil Engineer
