In the First Global Catalyst Entrepreneurship Symposium we had Mr Gary C Laney with us for the inaugural keynote address who's a renowned speaker, serial entrepreneur, a Bestselling Author and CEO at Success Masters , US.

His powerful keynote address on
influential leadership mesmerized the audience. He emphasized that in reality the majority of leaders who become powerful influencers were first entrepreneurs.

He shared extracts from his book “The Power of Strategic Influence” that teach people about how to gain influence and also how to give it.
He spoke about 6 spheres of strategic influence i.e., perspective, accountability, relationships, leadership, opportunity, strategic influence.

He focused upon top 10 leadership competencies including being influential, and strategic networking. He taught students golden rule which is about giving more than what one get with no expectations, vision sharing, relationship building, strategic planning, integrity focused, creative thinker, master communicator, adaptable and positive outlook.
