Responsibilities:

- Building and managing relationships with clients while ensuring quality of service to clients.

- Work with a team of other sales executives to market projects and attract clients.

- Develop database of potential clients on CRM system.

- Communicate details of the properties to the clients and showcase the properties in person.

- Responsible for meeting and or exceeding quarterly sales targets

- Working with the marketing team from time to time to develop the best sales strategy.

Requirements:

- Based in Jaipur (Mandatory)

- MUST have prior experience in tele-calling.

- 0-3 years of work experience in real estate sales (commercial or residential).

- Proficient in IT systems / CRM softwares.

- Sound knowledge of real estate sales transactions is mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Own Vehicle and Driving License.
