A 91-year-old patient presented with severe knee osteoarthritis and debilitating pain affecting her mobility and quality of life.

A comprehensive interventional pain management approach was undertaken:
✔️ Six-nerve genicular nerve ablation targeting:
* Superomedial genicular nerve
* Superolateral genicular nerve
* Nerve to vastus intermedialis (medial and lateral branches)
* Infrapatellar branch of saphenous nerve
* Inferomedial genicular nerve

✔️ Joint aspiration to relieve intra-articular pressure
✔️ Followed by viscosupplementation to enhance joint lubrication and function
