Surah Fussilat (41:34) says:

"The good deed and the bad deed are not equal. Repel [evil] by that deed which is better. Then, you will see that the one who was your enemy will become as though he was a devoted friend."

This verse teaches the principle of responding to negativity with positivity. It encourages people to counteract bad behavior or hostility with good actions and kindness. By doing so, one can transform adversarial relationships into positive and friendly ones.
