A Home. A Statement. A Conversation with Light.

Nestled in the evolving urban fabric of Sagar, this 15,000 sq.ft. dual bungalow residence is conceived as more than a pair of homes it is an exploration of scale, privacy, and contemporary living.

Defined by strong geometric forms, floating planes, and a carefully curated material palette, the architecture balances solidity with transparency. Monolithic stone-clad volumes anchor the structure, while expansive glazing, screened facades, and layered terraces invite light, air, and landscape into everyday life.

The design celebrates the idea that luxury is not excess it is space that breathes. Every projection, void, and shadow has been intentionally crafted to create a dynamic dialogue between architecture and nature throughout the day. As the sun moves, the home transforms, revealing new textures, patterns, and perspectives.

What makes this project particularly intriguing is its duality: two independent residences sharing a singular architectural language. Like siblings with distinct personalities, each bungalow maintains its individuality while contributing to a cohesive composition.

A home this large could easily become imposing. Instead, it chooses to be elegant. Confident, but not loud. Grand, yet deeply human.

Because great architecture isn’t measured in square feet it’s measured in how it makes you feel when you arrive.
