So along with various laws, it is also our social responsibility to take care of the children & to protect their rights

1.Confidential agreement is a document used in the protection of private or personal information in individual or employment situations while NDA is a document used in the protection of private or personal information in business setups or third party situations.
2.Confidential agreement is used in personal or employment situations while NDA is used in business setups or third party situations
3. Confidentiality agreement is used in a multilateral obligation while NDA is used in a unilateral obligation whereby one party is held liable for not sharing or disclosing personal information
4.Confidential agreement is used when sharing information that must be kept private while NDA is used when sharing information that should not be disclosed or shared.
