रवीन्द्रनाथ ठाकुर ने मानवीय चेतना की जिस गहराई और संवेदनशीलता को अपनी रचनाओं में अभिव्यक्त किया है, वैसा उदाहरण विश्व साहित्य में विरल है। उनके लिए साहित्य मानव-मन को जागृत करने, उसकी नैतिक चेतना का विस्तार करने और उसे भय, पूर्वाग्रह तथा रूढ़ियों की अदृश्य बेड़ियों से मुक्त करने का माध्यम था। यद्यपि उन्होंने नेतृत्व पर कोई पृथक ग्रंथ नहीं लिखा, उनकी रचनाओं में ऐसे विचार निहित हैं जो व्यक्तियों, संस्थाओं और समाजों के नेतृत्व को आज भी नई दिशा प्रदान करते हैं। पत्रिका में नेतृत्व पर मेरा साप्ताहिक आलेख

This is what I shared with the brilliant female participants of the Leadership Development Programme for the Indore Management Association during the valedictory ceremony at IIM Indore.

I encouraged them to dream fearlessly, define success by their own expectations rather than society’s, and approach every challenge by distinguishing between areas of control and areas of concern. When we focus our energy on what lies within our control, we discover not only solutions but also the resilience to move forward with confidence.

My heartfelt congratulations to each participant on completing this journey. May you continue to learn, lead with purpose, and never stop chasing the dreams that truly belong to you.
