Points we need to consider to make smart choice about selecting, packing, lifting, and wearing a Backpack to our KIDS.
1. Wear Backpack on both shoulders.
2. Carry Books in arms if Backpack is too Heavy.
3. Tighten shoulder straps so that Backpack hangs on the waist.
4. Backpacks should be 10% or less of your childs weight.
5. Use chest straps to help distribute weight evenly.
6. Place heavier larger books closer to the body.
7. Choose a backpack made of lightweight material.
