🚀 We are Hiring: Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Growth Manager

We’re a growing D2C Pet Food brand looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can drive online sales and scale performance marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Run & scale Meta + Google Ads (prospecting + retargeting)
• Manage Amazon PPC (SP / SB / SD), keywords, bidding, TACoS
• Support Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart onboarding & promos
• Handle tracking & reporting (Pixel, CAPI, GA4)
• Brief creatives (UGC hooks, ad angles, iterations)

You should have:

✔️2–6 yrs experience in D2C / ecommerce performance marketing
✔️Strong Meta + Google ex*****on + Amazon Ads knowledge
✔️ Quick commerce experience is a big plus
✔️Comfortable with CAC, ROAS/MER, AOV, CVR, TACoS
